Yaniv Ben-Arie Appointed Chief Technology Officer at ICTS Europe Systems

ICTS Europe Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Yaniv Ben-Arie as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Yaniv brings over two decades of experience leading large-scale software development, research and development, and information security initiatives across global, multidisciplinary environments. His appointment strengthens ICTS Europe Systems’ leadership team as the company continues to expand its technology platform and support customers operating in highly regulated, mission-critical industries.

Prior to joining ICTS Europe Systems, Yaniv served as VP of R&D and Chief Information Security Officer at Novidea, where he led a global R&D organisation of approximately 150 engineers across multiple locations. In this role, he was responsible for software engineering, DevOps, IT, and security, while also driving agile transformation, standardisation, and strategic partnerships with leading technology providers.

Yaniv is also a proven technology entrepreneur, having co-founded and led several software companies, most notably Tracx, a global social media management platform adopted by major enterprise brands. At Tracx, he built and scaled the technology organisation, delivering a large-scale, modular platform used by customers worldwide. His entrepreneurial background also includes building products from the ground up, scaling engineering teams, and delivering complex, real-time systems across industries such as insurance, security, and operational intelligence.

In his role as CTO, Yaniv will be responsible for overseeing ICTS Europe Systems’ technology strategy, product development, and information security, ensuring the continued delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative solutions for airlines, travel providers, and transport operators worldwide.
