TravelDoc shown in China at recent airport exhibition attended by over 4,000 experts

ICTS Europe systems was recently invited to present the TravelDoc solution to thousands of aviation professionals attending the Inter Airport China Exhibition held in Guangzhou, China.

We have used TravelDoc for over 10 years and to this day it remains our solution of choice. It always provides accurate and effective travel document information with seamless integration to our check-in system, which not only helps travellers to prepare travel documents before their departure, but also shortens the manual check-in processing time by prompt recognizing and alerts providing which improves the efficiency of airport handling. TravelDoc has saved us countless hours and money by avoiding manual operations and passenger check mistakes.

TravelDoc has dramatically reduced fines and improved passengers’ satisfaction and AF automation plans. Since implementation there were no reports of any service delay or failures and ICTS support and innovation were impeccable. The support team is proactive and available for all inquiries.

What really impressed us was that they supplied a Chinese version of the application with the ability to switch between self-service and staff operated modes. Now it only takes us 10 seconds to check-in a passenger when in the past it was at least 30 seconds!
