Lucy joined ICTS Europe Systems in 2023 as a Key Account Manager for the APAC region. She plays a role in nurturing long-term client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and tailoring the company’s solutions to meet the unique needs of regional clients. With her cross-cultural experience and deep understanding of the APAC market, Lucy serves as a bridge between clients in the region and the UK-based team, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term success.

2. Why did you join ICTS Europe Systems and how did your journey lead you here?

I joined to become a bridge between a UK-based aviation tech company and the APAC aviation market.

3. How would you describe the culture here in three words?

Supportive, Inclusive, Collaborative

4. What’s one project you’ve worked on here that you’re especially proud of—and why?

It’s hard to pick just one, because I feel truly honored to support all my amazing clients in the APAC region. Aviation is such a dynamic industry, things change every day, and new technologies are introduced regularly. Our peers and experts work hard to innovate and enhance the travel experience, and I’m grateful to be part of this exciting journey.

5. In your experience, what’s one way TravelDoc has helped improve the travel industry?

TravelDoc makes online check-in smoother for passengers and effectively helps airlines reduce compliance risks.

6. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Gym, reading, dancing

7. Where are you based now, and have you lived anywhere else that’s been meaningful to you?

I’m currently based in London, which is the best city I’ve ever lived in. Before this, I spent five years working in Beijing, which was also a meaningful and formative experience for me.
