New immigration rules added to TravelDoc

Countries worldwide constantly change their travel visa rules, which always threatens to disrupt those travelling and the organisations looking to facilitate their journeys. Fortunately, TravelDoc is ready to take the problem away.

Here are June's highlights of the latest immigration rule changes now live within the TravelDoc database and helping enable international travel:

1. Nationals of China will need a visa when travelling to Ecuador from the 1^st of July.
   
2. Thailand and Timor Leste sign a visa waiver agreement allowing nationals of each country to visit the other without a visa for up to 30 days.
   
3. Nationals of New Zealand, Australia and Poland can now stay in China for up to 15 days without a visa.
   
4. Nationals of Cuba will require a visa to transit through the Cayman Islands the 5^th August. 
   
5. Togo and São Tomé and Príncipe  sign a visa waiver agreement allowing nationals of each country to visit the other without a visa for up to 90 days.
   
6. Nationals of Iraq can now stay in Tunisia without a visa for up to 15 days, provided they have a confirmed hotel reservation and a return ticket. 
   
7. Ireland has re-instated its requirement for nationals of Ukraine to hold a valid, biometric passport in order to enter the country. Previously, Ukrainian nationals could enter Ireland with alternative documentation, in response to the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
