Global IT outage: ICTS Europe Systems remained fully operational

We are all acutely aware of the disruption caused last Friday by a rogue update from CrowdStrike.

How did we perform?

Despite widespread panic, disruptions and delays impacting organisations around the world, ICTS Europe Systems and our TravelDoc solution remained online. We processed ~2.5 million passengers' Travel Rules transactions in a single day.

Not only did we fully support our customers during this unprecedented outage, but we also maintained TravelDoc support to the 16,000 employees of the ICTS Europe Group and their operations. 

We take pride in our performance, the consistent uptime of our systems, and the 24/7 dedication of our support team, who went above and beyond during this challenging time.

Such incidents serve as a powerful reminder of the critical importance for technology providers to maintain system resilience and uptime and highlight how easily things can go wrong. They reinforce our commitment to monitoring and maintaining stable, secure systems throughout the year.
