Yaniv Ben-Arie

Yaniv Ben-Arie is Chief Technology Officer at ICTS Europe Systems, bringing over 20 years of leadership in software engineering, R&D, and information security.

He is responsible for shaping the company’s technology strategy, driving product innovation, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions that support global customers across regulated industries.

Prior to joining ICTS Europe Systems, Yaniv served as VP of R&D and Chief Information Security Officer at Novidea, where he led a global engineering organisation of approximately 150 team members. In this role, he oversaw software development, DevOps, IT, and security, while driving agile transformation and supporting strategic partnerships with leading technology providers.

Yaniv is also a proven technology entrepreneur. He co-founded Tracx, a global social media management platform adopted by major enterprise brands, where he built and scaled the technology organisation and delivered a large-scale, mission-critical platform. His broader entrepreneurial experience includes founding and leading companies focused on operational intelligence and real-time systems.

Yaniv holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University and a BSc in Chemistry and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
